This
agreement contains the terms and conditions by which Travel Four Inc.
d/b/a Travel Four Vacations,
Country Club Plaza,
West 115 Century Road,
Suite 330,
Paramus, NJ 07652, In
consideration for a participant’s payment, agrees to provide these
travel tours. Please read
this document before sending any money.
Responsibility
and Liability: Operator, as
the principal is responsible for arranging and providing all the services
and accommodations offered in connection with these trips.
The Operator and/or their agents and/or suppliers pursuant to, or
in connection with these itineraries shall only act as agents for the
passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants,
or any other service, and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any
injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due
to an act of negligence of, default of, any hotel, carrier, restaurant,
company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour or by
act of God. Further, no
responsibilities are accepted due to damage or delay due to sickness,
pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government
restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control.
No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense,
omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any
act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their
plane or conveyance. The
passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall
constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these
tours and/or passenger. The
right is reserved to withdraw any program and/or make such changes in
program(s) as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties
and the proper carrying out of tour(s).
The prices of these tours are based on rates in effect (including
foreign exchange rates) at this time and are subject to change without
notice.
Payment:
A deposit of $200 per person plus insurance premium is required
within 7 days to secure reservations.
If payment is made by credit card, a signed fully completed credit
card voucher for full payment must be received to secure reservations, and
the participants waive any charge-back rights.
Travel Four Vacations accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard,
Discover or Diners Club. Make all checks payable to Travel Four Vacations, or to your
travel agent who must in turn make their check payable to Travel Four
Vacations. If payment is
within 60 days of departure, certified check or bank check or credit card
will be the only acceptable form of payment.
Tender of payment to Travel Four Vacations constitutes acceptance
of these terms and conditions.
Tender of deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
Cancellation
and refund policy: The right
to a refund if a Participant changes plans is limited. All requests must be in writing and sent (return receipt) to
the Operator. All requests
for refunds after a trip must be made through the booking agent and
submitted to the Operator within 7 days after completion of the tour. All appropriate receipts and documentation must accompany the
refund request. No refund
will be made for features the Participant opts not to use.
Operator will remit any refund to the Participant(s) within 14 days
after the receipt of the cancellation request.
If your notice is received, your liquidated damages per person will
be:
60
days or more prior to departure - $25.00 per person plus any supplier
fees.
59
days or more prior to departure - $50.00 per person plus any supplier
fees.
During
selected holiday and peak travel periods your penalties may be higher and
still subject to the supplier fees.
Documents:
Documents will be mailed to you approximately fourteen (14) days
prior to departure.
Package
Price Includes: Includes only
items specifically stated in Operators current literature, the contents of
which are specifically made a part hereof.
Operator reserves the right to reinvoice Participant(s) in case of
an error made in computing your price.
Proof
of Citizenship: A valid
passport, birth certificate or certificate of naturalization are the
acceptable documents for U.S. citizens when presented with photo I.D. for
many destinations. However,
some destinations now accept passport only, consult your agent.
If you are not a U.S. citizen be certain to check with the
consulate of the country you are traveling to for full entry requirements.
(Visas may be required in addition to passports.)
Requirements may change after this printing, so we recommend you
verify any immigration requirements with the tourist office or consulate
before you travel. No
refund will be made if improper documentation results in denied boarding
or entry.
Check
in: Failure to check in at
least two hours prior to departure may result in denied boarding and no
refund will be granted.
Air Itinerary Changes: Airline schedules to be used are stated in Operator’s
current literature. Operator
shall not be responsible or liable for any airline schedule changes,
delays, cancellations or airlines’ inability to perform.
Participants are subject to the ticket terms and tariffs of the
airline, which, when issued, shall be the sole contract between the
airline and the participant. Passengers
are responsible for reconfirming flights.
